The Downtown Gift Card perfect gift for those who share one thing in common – the love for downtown! Purchase the Downtown Gift Card year-round, valid at more than 140 shopping, dining and entertainment destinations. Gift Cards are available to purchase in person at the DCI office per the information below or online 24/7.

- Year-round at the DCI offices located at 35 East Seventh Street, Suite 202 (Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and corporate checks. Sorry, but we cannot accept cash.
We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express for online payments. We accept multiple card order quantities online. If your total purchase will exceed $500, please call our office and we will be happy to assist you. Typically, Gift Cards purchased online by 2 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped same day, Monday through Friday. Thank you.
How does the Downtown Gift Card work?
- You can purchase a Downtown Gift Card for any amount from $10 to $500, and spend it at as many different places as you like! For online purchases we have made available the most frequently purchased Card amounts. If you do not find the amount you want, simply call us at 513-421-4440 x116 or email tsuit@downtowncincinnati.com.
- The Card will work just like a credit card at participating merchants.
- There are no activation fees.
- The Card does not expire and will retain a full balance for 1 year. Unless prohibited by law, a $2.50 fee will be deducted monthly from Card balance starting the 1st day after 1 year of inactivity. Activity means any action resulting in a change in Card balance, other than fee imposition, or adjustment due to error or prior transaction reversal. Your current Card balance is available 24 hours a day online at www.getmybalance.com or by calling 800-755-0085.
