Downtown Cincinnati Ambassadors
More than 25 Ambassadors, trained in public safety, enhanced cleanliness and customer service, patrol downtown Cincinnati seven days a week. Clad in bright orange shirts and blue jackets, Ambassadors serve as the eyes and ears of downtown and Fountain Square. The Ambassador hotline is (513) 623-3429.

DURING our patrols we
- Look out for disorderly conduct
- Help Cincinnati Police reduce crime and panhandling
- Remove litter and graffiti
- Connect social services programs to those in need
- Provide maps, guides and helpful directions
- All of which creates a friendly, welcoming environment for everyone.
WHO we are
Downtown
Ambassadors were initiated by Downtown Cincinnati Inc. (DCI), a
non-profit business organization whose mission is to build a dynamic
metropolitan center valued as the heart of the region. DCI is largely
funded by the Downtown Cincinnati Improvement District, which is
comprised of more than 500 property owners within the central business
district. DCI works in close partnership with many downtown
organizations including Fountain Square Management (3CDC), Cincinnati
Police and city services.
