We just turned the pages of our calendars (figuratively) to 2012. In keeping with tradition, many of us are probably also thinking about resolutions and fitness options - improving our routines, adding new routines, or kicking bad habits.

I was inspired by my yoga class last night with Rachel Roberts, owner of The Yoga Bar, to set my intentions and clear my mind for 2012. I needed the nudge. Perhaps you too have already or will find some time to think about some new intentions or goals for the new year. We hope some of your "new year" discoveries bring you downtown!
