Fountain Square, Corner of Fifth and Vine Streets, Downtown Cincinnati
Saturday, December 17; 6:30 p.m. (choirs at 5:30 p.m.)
FREE! Forget the chimney! Santa rappels down the side of the 525 Vine Building office tower to the Macy’s rooftop at Fountain Square to kick off a spectacular holiday fireworks display.  The 20-minute family-friendly program also features holiday music including registered local choirs who will compete in the World Choir Games. 

Story time with Mrs. Claus at Macy’s Fountain Place

Saturday, December 17. FREE! After the fireworks, head in to Macy’s for some cookies and story time with Mrs. Claus and craft activities. Courtesy of Macy’s.

December 17 & 18, Noon to 5 p.m. (Final boarding at 4:45 p.m.—please arrive early!) FREE! Enjoy free horse-drawn trolley carriage rides through the heart of the city. Courtesy of Macy’s.

Holly Jolly Downtown Trolley
December 17; noon to 5 p.m. FREE! NEW ROUTE! Two decorated trolleys provide Saturday shuttle service in the heart of downtown. Boarding on Walnut at Fifth Street (adjacent Servatii’s) with stops along the way. The trolleys run Vine and Walnut Streets from Freedom Way to Central Parkway and include stops with easy access to Fountain Square, The Banks, Freedom Center, Reds Hall of Fame, Main Library and more. Every 7 minutes. FREE ride tickets available on board provided by Downtown Cincinnati Inc. and the merchants at The Banks.
