on Main

This eclectic street festival on September 8 features dancers from Rhythm and Motion, Pones, Cincinnati Ballet, and more.

Dear Friends by David Ginsburg

Please plan to join the team from DCI along with our good friends from the Downtown Residents Council for Live It Up Downtown presented by Raymond James this Saturday on Fountain Square.

This celebration of urban living is a wonderful way to showcase the many benefits of living in the city and a chance for those who live downtown and in Over-the-Rhine to meet their neighbors, discover new places to dine and shop, and find a vet, a place to workout, or how to use the Zip Car. Throughout the day we'll have great music from groups ranging from the Cincinnati Orchestra and Pops Brass Trio to Elementz to the Young Professional Choral Collective. Expect visits from mascots, roaming performers, and food trucks stationed around the Square.

We will even have a "living room" from CORT Furniture set up on Fountain Square, where you can relax and enjoy the view. This will also give prospective residents the opportunity to meet with realtors and property managers - you can schedule a tour of available for sale properties for Sunday or rental properties for next Saturday. In the next year or two, as new apartments and condos are developed, we at DCI and DRC look forward to welcoming new residents to the neighborhood and making the downtown community even more vibrant.
