Still have a Downtown Cincinnati Gift Card?

The Queen City Card replaced the former physical Downtown Cincinnati gift card program, which was phased out in November 2019.

If you still have a physical Downtown Cincinnati Gift Card, it can be used at any merchant that participated in the former program who still has the same Point-of-Sale (POS) system it did when the program was phased out in Nov. 2019. However, physical gift cards are no longer sold. Additionally, inactivity fees will still be in place, which is a requirement of the previous gift card vendor. A $2.50 fee will be deducted monthly from card balances starting on the first day after one year of inactivity. Activity means any action resulting in a change in card balance, other than fee imposition, or adjustment due to error or prior transaction reversal.
